We tend to complicate things. Problems are played over and over again in our minds, just like a video recorder on repeat. It doesn't lead anywhere, except towards too much of the same. Over and over ... again. Therefore forget a life as a videorecorder and focus on a life as a camera instead. If u don't like what you see, just take another shot.
